Good morning, Philip and crew , Its the first time that I have actually seen how they caught gilbaker. Lots of hard work no wonder it's expensive. Anybody know why Gilbaka is the fish that is yellow in the tail and belly. And the color is not in the skin, but a film on the skin. Hint... the fish feeds on certain 'curry' matters that are discharged in the sea. The fish has a habit of breaking up the matter by swinging its tail, dispersing the matter, so that it can pick and choose components that it wants to feed on.
