Maaaan with the lobster butter too! Another solid video and recipe. I was inspired by your grouper head tamales and went and emulated that recipe with some heads and racks from my local red snapper charter boats. Kinda felt like a pelican sitting around the fish house waiting for my scraps. Tamales recipe, hot sauce and all was incredible. thanks!
