SMOKED TROUT DIP RECIPE:
4 cups smoked trout meat
2 8-ounce packs cream cheese
1 16-ounce container sour cream
6 tbsp chopped parsley
6 tbsp chopped scallions
Salt & pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste
-Mix ingredients thoroughly by hand or with a food processor, refrigerate. For a more chunky dip, add the trout last, after mixing. Dip tastes even better after a day or two in the fridge.
