I keep getting flashbacks of the added scene they had in the 3rd Hobbit film where Galadriel, Elrond and Saruman came to face the Necromancer (Sauron) to save Gandalf... The moment when Rhadagast the Brown was about to drive away on his sleigh with Gandalf and he reached out and grabbed Galadriel by the hand and said, "Come with me my Lady" because he knew the power Sauron had over the Elven Ring that Galadriel had... That moment was just so beautiful for me...

I love that she still is proud of Rooney for her acting in Carol. For me, it was Rooney’s character that stole the show and she rightfully deserved the Oscar that year, but Cate really manages to embody that classy, upper-class American Carol character. They had such easy chemistry.

God I love these two so much. They've so much genuine class and intelligence. So much humility between the two and yet they're both so charismatic in their own right. Two absolutely positively beautiful human beings.

Really natural interview - I like watching these actors on actors as they get interesting stories out of each other that most interviewers don't.
