Caterpillar Large Dozer Undercarriage Single Tooth Master Link Torque Procedure

I was given some excavator bucket teeth pins and track pins by a friend who works in a quarry. Can you tell me what kind of steel they are typically made out of? He told me the torque specs on the pins and though indont remember the specifics i remember thining that it was ridiculously high and must be made from some high strength steel. In appearance it looks like maybe 1095... could be a tool steel for sure but as it rusts it appears more like 1080 or 1095. Maybe an O or W series tools teel... any info is appreciated.
