Catfish Dave, I’m a relatively new fan of your KZbin fishing videos. I found out about your videos on another KZbin show that I’ve been watching for the past three years. I’m referring to “Hook, Line, and Chill.” I watched one video about six weeks ago and was hooked. Since that first video, I’ve gone back into your older videos and watched them too. There’s still some videos I have yet to view. I’m amazed at your enthusiasm and your determination to always catch something each time. BTW Catfish Dave, I love listening to your bluegrass music when you catch a fish. I’m a native Californian and remember when our fishing licenses used to cost only $5.00. I quit fishing back in the 1980’s but enjoy watching your unique videos. I’m 72 now and happily retired. Keep up the great videos. You are the very best Cat fisherman I’ve ever watched.

Pro tip I learned from an alcoholic, put your skip Jack cooler close to you so you don’t have to step down and walk and then go back!!!! Thanks for sharing your videos and keep them coming please.

Dang, there's a man that knows where to fish and when to leave. It took big nuts to fish up again that dam. Looks like all you need now is a remote kill switch for your outboard, so your electric could come retrieve you if you went over. I notice Dave wears a lifejacket when the current is swift 👍
