Thanks for participating in our events Kayak Catfish. The meet and greet was a lot of fun beforehand and we will be running that back like you said for the Chickamauga event. I think you have to approve links being posted so I'll put a reply with a link to the results for your viewers!

My mama taught me a great lesson one day many moons ago when the same thing happened and a fisherman threw over her line. She said, "Watch this" and reeled his line to our boat and promptly cut his line. The fellas drove up to our boat and asked, "Did you cut my line ma'am?" Mama said, "I certainly did." He asked for his lure back and she said, "Here you go" and he was on his way. Moral of the story is no bass fisherman with 12 pound test will out muscle my mama with 30 lb braid and 30 lb drag. I will never forget that day. 😂 I enjoyed the video as always! Greetings from NC and keep em coming brother! 🐟🐟🐟

Could have also been that first morning bite. I’m not from that area so I wouldn’t know exactly but at places like that on sunny days sometimes you just get hits till the sun comes above the tree line and it goes from catching a lot to zip real fast so I’m wondering if that also had something to do with it

At least the camera glitch did not elongate your face!! I admire your response to the rude bank fisherman. Your good nature shines through with exceptional brilliance and clarity under such circumstances. You won my version of a master tournament of grace by catching yourself and not reacting to that disrespect.

I've fished many tournaments and never even made it on the board. If you settled for 3rd place, that's a mighty fine place to be! That dad gum fisherman who threw over your lines was the harbringer of your bad ju-ju. You won't have to deal with him again. 3rd place, a fine showing my friend! Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪 🍻👍

Well done Justin and bad luck about that rude bank fisherman. I get it all the time when I fish the ocean rock platforms - certain types of people think it's ok to move in on you and crowd your spot or even steal it when you've caught a fish and are dealing with it. If a polite word makes no difference, it's not worth coming to blows over so it's best just to move and make the best of it.

Length in general is the best way I think to go any tournaments it would cut out 99% of cheating I say 99 because someone looking for a way usually finds it but it would much harder best of luck thanks for taking us with you definitely enjoying it

Ive had that same bank fishing problem happen to me, I was just sitting in my spot pulling in bullheads and another guy came through, he had a whole other side of the creek to fish at yet he chooses to stand right next to me and cast over my line, I don't know if it was just a hollow headed guy or a bully (or both) but I moved and steadily kept pulling in bullheads while the dude sat there with 0 fish
