Breaks my heart how the indigenous native people were treated by our government. Thanks for reminding us of the proud Chief Joseph of the Nezpierce Nation.

I haven't been on Chief Joseph Highway but now I want to drive it myself. I enjoy all your videos and appreciate you taking us for a guided tour of places of interest. I am never bored with what you do as it really reflects your life and what others have to go through on the road. I personally don't need a hike every week. I just enjoy what you do. Thanks

I would spend a lot of my summers in Cody with my grandparents who lived there. Grandpa was the Chief of Police there for 20 years. I’ll never forget the amazing trips with them into Yellowstone, Sunlight Basin, the Bighorns, and Wind River. My love for the mountains was born here

Glad you enjoyed Chief Joseph! Part of their trail goes by where I live, there's a marker. The Cooke City area feels like time stands still. The residents that winter there are snowbound, although my neighbor said his band (when he was a young adult) was hired to play there on New Year's Eve. They got in by snowmobile, it was a rough ride! Hope you enjoy the rest or your time in Montana.

When I get back to my home base, I tell everyone I'm back to resupply and do laun dry, but not necessarily in that order. Imagine those who came before us walking and riding across this beautiful country. No power lines, straight highways, no clear cutting for roads, just a magnificent land all around. Rivers, mountains, deserts, prairies, and of course gorges, canyons. Knowing that it would take months to travel as far as we now can in just a few days......majestic. I n my 80th year traveling where I could not before, I'm constantly reminded of the early years. Still, I continue to travel with truck and trailer as you do until I cannot. Might see you at camp one day. As Rick Steve's would say, "keep on traveling".

All I can say is wow yet again😃 Ms Catherine you continue to raise the video bar👍🏻 The scenery and location stunningly beautiful as always😍 Always love the way you share as much history of where you happen to be the best you can❤️ Absolutely beautiful area and those small towns were charming. I do agree with many of the others, it is truly heartbreaking the way the indigenous peoples of this country were treated and continue to be treated as such to this day yet by the government, so sad and for the most part, kept as quiet as possible. Thank you for bringing the history to light. You Ms Catherine are a very special person and I thank you for allowing those of us who will never be able to travel to all the beautiful places due to health, finances, etc to travel along with you❤️ Take care, keep safe & see you next time👍🏻🙏🏻😃😊❤️
