This is a perfect cake for any summer event!🍰 It would even be nice with a cherry on top of each piece!🍒 I love these cakes that are chilled, making them perfect on a hot summer day!😘 I have a cookbook for just doctoring up cakes! I've been using it for years and making all sorts of wonderful cakes!😋 After a while, I started getting ideas of my own. Catherine, I love your channel and your family! I'd like to give you a suggestion. When making frosting with pudding, beat the pudding mix with one cup of milk until thick and creamy then add the cool whip 1/4th at a time until you get the consistency you desire. I like 1/2 to 3/4 regular container. Your frosting will be so creamy and not gritty. Do this as well before adding to cream cheese.

This looks delicious but some of my family has pineapple allergies , could you use an immersion blender on a can of peaches in syrup turning them into crushed and use that in the topping?
