ACM and Anima Mundi - Chinese Christian art from the Vatican Museums

The Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) in Singapore welcomes a selection of Chinese Christian art from the Vatican Museums in Rome, in its latest rotation of Christian Art Gallery. Drawn from the Anima Mundi (meaning “Soul of the World”), these are little-known treasures of Christian art made in Asia.
Join Fr. Ignatius Yeo and André Ahchak as they guide you through the exhibition, giving insight into how the Catholic Church adapted its art to appeal to local audiences. These intricate objects reveal the cultural and artistic exchanges between religions and cultures, and demonstrate how art can foster meaningful dialogue.
