In this video I will be discussing the story of the $50,000 Minecraft cape, and all of the scandals involving it. As a bonus, I will also be discussing the time that Mojang allowed many players to pose as Mojang employees because of a glitch with another cape.

I actually still have the Founder's Cape and the Pan Cape in my locker. I don't use capes much anymore, but they are nice to wear from time to time while playing survival. As for my favorite Bedrock exclusive cape, it would have to be the Pan Cape. Wearing it with an Elytra doesn't recycle the cape design itself, turning the wings into pancakes covered with butter and syrup, which is pretty creative. My favorite cape overall though, is the 15th Anniversary Cape. Great Creeper design, has a small hidden "15" as an easter egg, and has a great Elytra design.

When i got the founder's cape i was really happy because other then the pan cape it was one of my first capes i've ever gotten. Due to unfortunate events and my dumbass the account got hacked and i never gotten the account back ever since and i had to go to bed knowing that one chuck of my childhood history was taken away from my cockiness and when i got reminded about how rare it is now, i was even more sad. There was a bug that used to be in Bedrock until 1.16.40, where you just have every cape unlocked. Mojang has patched this bug and everyone who hasn’t got the cape from the Marketplace don’t have it anymore.

Proud to still be a owner of a Founders Cape, unfortunate that people have been losing there's tho, possibly mojang has been removing it from peoples accounts that got it after its expiration date idk, it's nice cape and all, I really do rarely see others have it I can sit in a Hive lobby for like an hour and still not see another one. although its probably the rarest cape on mc bedrock, originally it would have been the Pancape if it wasn't for the bug that gave it to everyone for some reason, it was oringally intended only for those who had played the beta for mc bedrock before the 1.14 update for it, I played the beta before the update myself, so its kinda unfornate that it loses it oringal intended exclusivity but its still nice that everyone can enjoy it.

I'd have to say ATM The 15 Year anniversary cape has to be my favorite with it being equipped on my java and on bedrock builds of the game. As for my all time favorite bedrock cape, that'd have to be the Founder's cape. I watched the preshow all the way to the last second on that live stream. Because of the glitch where everyone could wear it without claiming it, I thought that they had given out the Founder's Cape automatically, and the fact that they never gave people another chance to get it because of this, nor did they put out any kind of announcement in any way that would get any attention, that this glitch was a thing, still pisses me off to this day.
