I met up with my friend Seth and his daughter and her friend on the river, and we all caught fish. The bait was fresh caught Skipjack and Silver Carp, and we fished with rod and reel and jug lines as well.

Fishin with friends !!! 👍😁. Love me some fried catfish, hushhounds, and seasoned tater logs. Sweet tea of course. Really enjoyed this one CatMan !!! My favorite spots are below Chickamauga Dam and Nickajack Dam. One night I made the mistake of resting my eyes for a few minutes. I fell asleep and woke up to a blinding light and and the loudest horn I've ever heard. Yep !!! A barge had snuck up on me 😳. I thought with that light I was at the Pearly Gates and angels were blowing horns of my arrival. Scared me something fierce !!!! Never work a 13 hour shift and go fishin at night alone. That water can rock you to sleep 😴💤.

Great fishing bro! I road my motorcycle up the Natchez trace and camped right outside Nashville at Meriwether Lewis park on memorial day weekend. I remembered that you fished the river there. Is that the Tennessee river, that your fishing on?

It’s the Cumberland river. Meriwether Lewis is closest to the Buffalo and Duck rivers.
