Another fine episode of Wallace Family's Hook & Cook!

I love the family fishing trips. Me and my boy, he’s 9, go setting jugs or trotlines every chance we get. Our “ship’s mate” is either my father-in-law or my best friend. I sure wish we could convince my wife to get out there with us though. You’re a blessed man.

aaaaand accepting the award for parents of the year, if not a lifetime, Brit and Tyler. Great family fun and I sooooo admire the way you took the occasional missed fish in stride. Good example of patience. Good Job mom and dad!!!

We’ve been waiting for this one. Good to see Joe and Aiden once again as well. That catfish looks very tasty, I’d better now get something to eat because you made me hungry.

I used to use a boat about that size to hook logs on the riverbank or even on the bottom. If they moved, they would float and talk about some pretty wood on the insides of them... Lots of sand in the logs but so worth getting that pretty boards out of them. That sold way higher than just regular boards. Had those bug holes in it and made it even more valuable

Relatively new subscriber here, I liked this video. I live in the mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania where there are very few rivers or large bodies of water to fish. I like the variety of content of your channel.

Those bait fish you caught with the net is about the size of the one and only fish I've ever caught in the handful of times I've gone fishing. You don't want me to be your fishin' buddy, unless you want to spend all day NOT catching fish...I'm bad juju, man...lol. You caught some nice cats...the folks at Hook, Line, and Chill would be proud! Can you do a video on your camping trailer? Since Thanksgiving I've been looking for a used RV (24-26' motorhome) because I want to try RV life this year to see if it's something I'd like to do long-term. If I get one and get on the road I may be droppin' by for a visit...lol.

I generally drop them in butter and grill them; being on keto/carnivore, I can not have any carbs unless I want to go to the hospital. Interesting how, for 2.5 million years, humans only ate meat.
