This video explanation actually looks good, sounds good, it makes the movie sound super interesting! But they totally ruined it with the CGI, should of kept it simple...

Why do I feel this is going to be like the Giver where Taylor’s character isn’t a huge part until they cast Taylor Swift? 😒 from the minute they announced this and then started announcing the cast, I knew that it was going to be a train wreck. Half of the cast I am EXTREMELY excited about (Jennifer, Idris, Ian, Judi) and half of them I’m very confused by (James, Taylor, Jason, etc.) but it is a train wreck I will go see 😂

Steven Spielberg's Amblination was originally going to make an animated film adaptation of Cats back in the 90s, but that never saw the light of day. And since Spielberg's going to produce this new adaptation, maybe it will include elements from the canceled Amblination film version.
