My female Siamese cat is 17. She hates every other lifeform on this planet but loves me. Stubborn and set in her ways. I'm blessed she is in good health for better a very old lady😅. She is still beautiful.

My male Siamese is the most loving, outgoing cat I’ve ever had and he is 16 lbs and not fat just huge. He lives with a 42lb American pitbull terrier and they are best friends and cuddle and play together and he rubs up on her while the dog sleeps he really loves her haha. Loves to play, super high energy, least skiddish cats I’ve ever seen

My Bluepoint Siamese (male) was one of the smartest, most handsome-est cats in the present known universe. He was a wonderful companion and a very vociferous communicator! So much so my condo association reported me for "animal neglect" whenever I left him alone! I assure you I *LOVED* this cat to eternity and always felt guilty when I had to leave him for the day (which would invoke said sad vociferousness...). He lives rent-free in my head to this day. They are a gift to cat lovers and I miss my cross-eyed loud mouth so much...

Our male Siamese is 13 pounds and a muscular boy! Very different temperament than our barn cat.

I have two female Siamese cats and I have to disagree with some of the comments on the video, my 1 Siamese cat is extremely affectionate and outgoing even on the dominant side and she certainly has a mind of her own and is also somewhat on the larger size for a Siamese (18 Lbs) her father was the biggest Siamese cat I ever saw and both parents were purebred, and I had hand picked the breeder and had photos sent from 1 week old and what wasn't said is all Siamese are born white and their color points develop in time, but the other Siamese female is much more quiet and smaller (the typical size as stated) But it also has a lot to do with the type of household that they've been raised in and how attention they get as Siamese require a lot more than tabby cats, my two girls are now 7 and 8 years old and have been by far the Best companions and friends I've ever had.

I will say that you should get a short haired breed like the Siamese. Start with a kitten and get him/her used to weekly baths to remove the dander and hair (dander is what most people are allergic to.

Hmmm... by personal experience these so-called traits & differences are generally true to all Cats. For instance, male cats are more affectionate, clingy and personable than the female cats which are more independent, moody and poise.
