izzy B sex is natural and instinctual, you can’t blame her for having sex or let alone wanting to have sex. Same thing goes to wanting kids; that is instinctual. It’s not like she can control her hormones. And when it comes to the “bad guy” not everyone can see the warning signs, especially when you are in LOVE. And I can already see the “she could’ve been responsible to use to a condom or get on birth control” in which, you’re right, but not everyone has access to that. Personally, I’m 17 and I cannot get on birth control because My insurance refuses to cover that, and I can’t use condoms because I’m allergic to Latex. I don’t know her situation, but don’t judge someone when you don’t know anything about them, it’s hypocritical.

Its a combination of exhaustion, lack of support and financial restraints. Extremely difficult combination. In that state you make bad decisions - simply because you haven't got the capacity to think clearly. Both of these women, in their own way, need to be mothered themselves. They are trying their best. The judge has seen that. One thing is for certain - they are not putting themselves first - to be a good mother you need to look after that mother (sleep, support, healthcare, nutrition) but the focus is always on the baby (which is understandable). Hopefully the time will come when thing settle down for both of them or they get the support they need.

Many women don't realize they have postpartum and just think they are doing something wrong, they feel that they should love their baby, but they can't. If this sounds familiar, try offering the baby formula instead of breastfeeding. Breastfeeding causes depression in many cases due to unstable endorphin levels. There's nothing you can really do about it other than just switching to formula and stopping breast milk production. This is not the case for all postpartum cases, but it's a big contributor. It's a hard choice to make, but it will help your mental health.

@Rain-zh6lb4 жыл бұрын
Dont be ashamed. If something is upsetting you then even if it's not massive, it's enough. Don't compare to other people because no matter how "petty" the problem is, it's upsetting you and it's real to you so it has to be sorted. Edit: however, even if you are facing problems it's always important to focus on the bright side. Every cloud has a silver lining if you know how to look for it :)

I actually feel a lot of love for someone like the first lady - she's got a sharpness to her. A defensiveness that comes with poor mental health. Life is hard and she seems beaten down. I have 2 kids as well. my youngest just started TK so this is the first time that I've been on my own without my kid/s, 24/7. It took me years to realize and accept that I had pretty bad PPD. I really hope that you know you're doing the best that you can, For you, Right now. If you don't feel 100%...thats A OK, because if you can only maybe give 60% at this time in your life, then give the best that you can out of those 60%. Some days it will be 20/60, some days it will be 45/60. Do what you can and keep yourself healthy and safe. That's priority. once you feel 60/60...you've made progress and you can decide to go for 82%! Keep going until everyone that sees you says, "You look good! It's great to see you smiling", to where you look at yourself and in the mirror and are completely proud of all the progress that you've made. We're only human but keep striving to better yourself and your relationships especially those with you children and your own little family. I wish the best for you.
