Step 1 - boil for 7 mintes Step 2 - make the cheeee sauce add the butter in the pan and add the milk bit by bit to make the white sauce. Step 3 - add the petter, salt and mix it. Step 4- add most the cheese with the white sauce until it is mixed. step 5 - add mustard Step 6 - pour the white sauce to the cauliflower in a dish Step 7 - sprinkle the remaining sauce on top of that Step 8 - place the dish in 180 degree oven for 40 minutes

I'll ask the wife. Yeah the music was too loud on my early vids.
