That looks amazing! I'm not sure if you've done a video on this, but could you do a video on knife skills and how to improve cutting up basic veggies? It takes a long time for many of us amateurs to cut up all the produce needed for the meals. I would definitely watch it and keep practicing!

Everyone is so busy, so prepping meals for a few days is important and assures we all eat healthy every day. Thank you Gaz for your generosity in sharing your techniques and recipes with us.

I love cauliflower. Made cauli steaks last night. Basted in paprika, olive oil and salt and pepper, filled the holes with diced smokey bacon and baked for 30 mins then turned them over and filled the rest of the holes with bacon and piled the reminder on top with diced onion and cheese and baked for another 20 mins. Finally I topped it off with my own blue vein cheese sauce. I also use cauliflower instead of masshed potato fopr my Sheperds Pie. Superb.

I've literally just made this recipe and I gotta say I'm actually impressed by how good it turned out. Aside from the maple syrup in the sauce and putting the cauliflower bites on a salad I followed everything. I'm semi vegan at the moment I eat meat on weekends, aside from the actual texture and bite when eating it you wouldn't know it's not chicken. I've grown up hating cauliflower but I just made a whole head of it and ate every last piece. That sauce just takes this to another level. Hats off to you this recipe is banging.

She was actually really surprised how good it tasted.
