Causes and Fixes P2118 Code: Throttle Actuator Control Motor Current Range / Performance

Hello I have a Hyundai accent blue and I get this code. Today I just tried with a different throttle but it remains the same. I will check the other options

Im trying to fix my girls 2009 lexus is250 pedal problem. I already changed the throttle body and also changed the ETCS fuse. At first I was getting the p2118 code and now only seeing the p2012 code. Can you help me? Do you have another video? Im thinking its a wiring problem or a computer problem.
