Unfortunately I'm starting to develop this problem but it's completely my fault. I drive with me my right foot resting on top of my left as I feel it's easier for me and it's the way that I've been driving basically since I learned how to drive, so the joint on my left big toe sometimes hurts now after all these years. It's hard for me to stop driving like that though.

I'm a 41 male and have pain on the bottom of my big toe. I do landscaping and wear steel toe boots. I did have a busy day yesterday cutting grass and just a lot of movement in general. It doesn't hurt to move the toe around just when I walk the pressure almost feels like I have a broken toe, very sore. Any idea what could be causing my pain? physio will tank, twist prod ... pull the toe area assessing pain and deterimine the actual cause. Good place to go to in order to get that insight.. next an xray.

@@tarun2298 I still have the pain but its not as bad. I bought better comfortable shoes and instead of walking I am jogging with my dog now. If I walk he seems to get bored and pulls so I figured out how to get him not to pull

Nasir A basically you have to leave it with the pain then it permanently goes away, all what it does is does some damage to your toe like some side of the toe we’ll be a bit more steep but it well heal. Also you can put your feet in warm water.
