Drinking plenty of water every day, my hair feels nourished and stronger. Hydration plays a role in hair density. I also combined this with usage of liittlleextra cocononnion shampoo and hair oil kit. This did wonders and my hair fall dropped by a good 95 percent.

I just started using this cocooonionn shampoo for hair fall control. My hair is feeling healthier and I don’t see any more hair all around my place now. This shampoo is sulfate-free but lathers extremely well, and you just need a tiny bit and it cleanses your scalp thoroughly. It features a nice smell and adds a healthy shine to your hair. I highly recommend it for people who are looking for hair fall control.

let me share something with you that you probably haven't heard before. in early 2022, my hair was thick and dense, but by the end of the year, i noticed a significant amount of hair loss, causing both thickness and density to decrease. however, after adopting several positive habits, i was able to manage my hair fall. firstly, i cut out junk food from my diet, started exercising for 15 minutes daily to improve blood circulation, and drank lukewarm water on an empty stomach to detoxify my body. additionally, i switched to a safe and natural cocoonion shampoo and oil from littleextra and massaged my hair twice a week, washing it after a few hours. as a result, i have seen a reduction in hair fall and the emergence of new hair growth. the bottom line is that by adopting good habits and making lifestyle changes, we can control hair fall.

I have balding around my crown and my hair is thin, dry, and very brittle where it breaks and falls a lot. I would like to get a blood test done, what do I ask my physician to test? Five years into early menopause, without hormone replacement therapy, I had hair recession at my temples and hair thinning on my crown. After four years and watching this hair loss and realizing it was not temporary, I got on finasteride 2.5 mg per day, topical minoxidil 5% about once a day (but sometimes I skip it), red light therapy with iRestore, and estradiol patches for HRT. Within weeks I had baby hairs grow in the temples where the hair had receeded. When I use up the finasteride, I will switch to dutasteride because it is more effective. I hate the topical minoxidil because it leaves my hair feeling dirty. I may switch to 1.25 mg oral minoxidil, or switch to the topical foam instead of liquid, or discontinue it all together. I am not having any negative side effects other than an itchy scalp which already seems to be diminishing. I am pleased thus far with the hair growth on my balding and thinning areas. Interestingly, the hair growth at my hairline is darker than the rest of my hair.

@@ChooChooRosenbloomThe science is unsure. Estrogen seems to be protective of hair follicles. Estradiol supplements may help. The only three medications with proven efficacy for slowing hair loss are dutasteride, finasteride or spironolactone.

I tried progesterone - made me lose tons of hair and I've seen others do the same. I'm afraid women have to DO EVERYTHING ... Fix underlying health isses , gut and hormone and liver and then find some decent stimulation therapy that doesnt ruin skin- I tried minox and it caused dark circle under eyes in abt a month- I got scared. The hair was def stimulated but what to do about skin? I want to cut my damn head off from the sheer frustration of nothing EVER working or also causing side effect. Im so over it.

So, I've had my genome processed into raw data (via 23andMe) and ran through promethease so I could see much more data than 23andMe provides. Several genes related to male pattern baldness does run on my mother's side, and I have at least some of the genes related to that. I wonder if they have any affect on me. I'm addition, I have pretty severe PCOS and therefore suffer from nearly all the related symptoms. I'm in my thirties now, and I've been losing my hair consistently for awhile. I brush my hair tips to roots before showing, and then run a comb through my hair after putting conditioner on. Then I ending up having an even bigger ball of hair. I'm extremely self conscious because my hair is both fine and thin. Is this normal? I don't really have bald spots, just even more thinness than before. For perspective, when I braid all my hair, the width is (at most) and about an inch wide. Wearing hair extensions is possible but difficult as I barely have enough to cover the clips. Should I be concerned?

I have female pattern balding and my derm recommended a supplement called Nutrafol. The dosage is 4 caps once a day. I have been using this exactly as prescribed for about 7 months now. I am noticing slight improvement but expected a little more for being this far along in the treatment. I was originally prescribed Spironolactone to take daily but stopped that becasue I could not tolerate the nausea that it gave me. I was also told to "Hit it with everything!" meaning add Rogaine, but held off waiting to see what kind of results I'd get from the Nutrafol alone. Eventually at about the fourth month of Nutrafol, I did add the Rogaine 5 percent and have been using it once as day as well. Will I ever have better than slight improvement if I keep it up? At what point does one begin to see a marked difference? I have been 100 percent compliant with the Nutrafol and now with Rogaine too. Because the Nutrafol is so expensive I expected more from it, I think. From what I can tell, it is filled with tumeric and I'm wondering if putting tumeric on my food would accomplish the same? Thanks in advance. Sorry so long winded.
@deborahbertolino93143 жыл бұрын
I have been taking Nutrafol for two years and it really isn’t doing much of anything for me but now I’m afraid to go off it because I don’t know if I will lose hair. I am going to start using Rogaine after I see my doctor and I may go on finasteride because I am post menopause. I hated spironolactone Because it dried out my scalp and made me dizzy
@pebbles78643 жыл бұрын
@@deborahbertolino9314 I went off of it for about 4 months now and haven’t lost anything I gained. I’m still using Minoxidil faithfully every day. I don’t think this hair supplement works the same as Rogaine so I wouldn’t expect you to have hair fall when you stop taking it. Best of luck! Minoxidil is helping me more I think.

Thank you! Did you have any dry itchy or irritable scalp from Rogaine? That is my fear
@pebbles78643 жыл бұрын
@@deborahbertolino9314 I use the foam once a day in the morning and I try not to get it directly on my hair as it will dull the shine. I wash my hair, let it air dry which doesn’t take long, maybe 20 minutes at most, and then part my hair in the thin areas and apply there and rub in. I don’t comb my hair until the foam dries so as not to comb it through my hair which the drying time isn’t much longer than the time it takes me to brush my teeth. I don’t have an itchy scalp at all but if I did I’d just use the occasional dandruff shampoo and I think that would suffice. I’ve tried the minoxidil liquid but it made my freshly washed morning hair look greasy so it was a no for me. I think if you’d find the foam too drying just switch to the liquid. I feel like I’ve tried about everything...but the minoxidil has been the most beneficial. Just don’t stop or your lose all that gained. I’ve done that too, a couple times, but I finally learned 😁

take a piece of your hair out and place it in water and see what it does. If it floats = low protein if it sinks = too much protein if it hangs out in the middleish = good protein. Most case scenario it’s going to float/rise up near the top. if it floats/rises try rosemary oil hair mask. ( rosemary + avacado oil 1-2 per week- recepies on youtube ) fermented rice water mask ( youtube recepies, 1-2 per week ) onion mask ( onions are high in sufur which makes of 97% of keratin which is the main protein in hair, recipes on youtube) also try dermal rolling with a 1.5mm needle 1-2 per week and switch your shampoo/conditioner to no sulfate/pare bean/silicone. Also try biotin/keratin supplimets. also if you choose to follow through with everything I just listed make sure it’s balanced out because you don’t want to over protein your hair and as you do more research you will learn more about what balanced out means. Like one rosemary mask a week, one derma roll, one rice water along with keratin. The next week a rosemary, derma roll, onion juice along with keratin pills every other day. and if you don’t have textured hair shampoo 2 to 3 times a week max.
