Its very hard to beat the quality and price from China. Most Michellin chef have secretly buying Caviar from a place called Quzhou in China. Their caviar is top level because of the natural spring water somehow at a perfect TDS and PH that makes the fish there produce super creamy and sweet caviar. One taste people can know the difference. Our weather not so suitable for competition level caviar. Cincai makan ok la as most malaysians won’t know good or not. Ada gaya cukup

research did 😊, they farming Japanese sturgeon( endanger species in wildlife) and Siberia. price abt RM800 per 30gram. Now selling promo price RM500 in Malaysia.. cant wait to teste it

It’s farmed animal in the tens of thousands, so celah mana terancamnya? Lagipun ikan ni bukan ditangkap dari habital asal. Caviar memang kena bunuh ikan tu baru boleh extract. Ikut pembacaan.

Ada cara seperti itu, dimana perut ikan cukup dipijat agar keluar telurnya, tetapi tidak semua telur keluar, maka ikan harus dibedah agar semua telur bisa diambil. Adapun, ikan itu ternak, bukan ikan lepas/liar, jadi tidak mengancam kepunahan spesies

Telur salmon adalah caviar substitute. Caviar hanya telur ikan dr spesis sturgeon. Ada beberapa jenis ikan sturgeon antaranya beluga

@@adiabd1 nak tahu projek ikan tuna maka, tahun 1990 satu project technogi dan jurutacnik tangkap ikan tuna dari south afrika. Jabatan perikanan sedia peruntukan RM210 juta, bina kapal baru dan peralatan tangkap ikan tuna laut dalam. Kemudian kapal2 lesap entah kemana.
