In it's natural form Indonesia would most defiantly been in the top destinations but sadly there is a lot of education needed here to help preserve what is here for the future, sadly most is already too far gone for a quick recovery but it's never too late to make a positive change. It's hard to explain everything in a short message because there is so much to fix on many different levels - but every video I make to try to show the importance of catch and release and or even if I do keep a fish show how to treat them with respect... There's many things here to change, trash everywhere, over fishing with illegal practices included. If only these videos can reach more people it will have a larger effect, but for now something is better than nothing ❤️

@@CavyFishing Completely agree with you. Been to Indonesia a bunch of times and although it is stunning, I always get surprised by all the plastic trash on the beaches. I have never seen the dynamite fishing in person, but I heard it is happening a lot unfortunately. Especially around the main island I was surprised how hard it is to catch a decent fish. Luckily it looks like you found some spots that are still relatively untouched and your videos might help keep these places the way they are. Keep up the good work mate, always got my support 🤙.

As an indonesian, we're really proud reading your comment 😁 I lived in manado (North sulawesi) but papua and maluku for me is the best recommended places for fishing tour in this country. KZbin channel " DS Living" mostly post his videos in papua or maluku and that was amazing 😎

@@CavyFishing agreed, I am part Indonesian and always visit my fam when I get the chance and as fun as it seems on video, most of the beaches and inner waters are polluted, streets are polluted, education is poor and state owned so yea they have some fun fishing spots but on a social economic standpoint they have alot of improving to do..

Islands are off tap bro , still some bad fishing practices happen here but it’s protected from natural elements most of the year so it still has lots of fish . Hopefully stays like this 👍🏽

Quality content as usual, despite your losses, and your comment on heavier line no bites vs lighter line and get smoked is the nature of fishing.
