Here in Norway even the rivers have a meter of ice on them atm and it's -20c so fishing is a bit limited lol. but we have a heatwave hitting tomorrow so it will be between 3 and 8 c the next week and i will be fishing again after 2 months of COLD weather even for here this time of the year. Enjoyed your vid as always and obv they dont always have to be 20 kilo bangers to have fun. Just depends on the gear. Good stuff as always when you drop a vid:)

Quick question, does a 10k daiwa BG MQ reel with 80 pound spider web line, and paired with an 8’6” PE 3-6 ecooda popping rod considered a Heavy set up?Note- I’ve caught 60-70 kg Gt with it with no problem.
@tonyallen8626 Жыл бұрын
That size rod and reel are designed for bream, flathead and trout you might be able to land a few smaller one's around the 60 to 70kg mark but if you want to land the bigger fish you will need to definitely beef up your gear.

Great vid mate. What color grading s-slog do you use on your dslr close ups?
@Briggsy Жыл бұрын
Hi Mate, I have a LUT called S-curve_for_CineStyle which I use because I followed a tutorial a while back on setting up the DSLR to shoot in something similar to slog and they recommended that LUT to bring it back into more normal colour. Depending on the time of day/lighting I add a bit of tweaking on top of that and get something I'm happy with.
