They are very dangerous and expensive. We only use them in rooms were highly infectious diseases occur. They have been around for quite awhile in other countries.

They are used in the US but only in highly infectious disease areas. They are dangerous and very expensive. I used to clean with one.

Those robots where tested in ARHCC in Abbotsford BC years ago we had UV cleaning robots. Its nothing new.

So... it’s an UV lamp on a motorized dolly. It smart because this is class IV laser that doesn’t follow safety regulations IEC 60825-1. I can see that it fails just with this news article. Mandatory safety glasses for UV are orange tinted. Do you see any? You’d think medical personnel would know better.
