Troy francis leclair was the name of the guy who stabbed this young man. But why he did it? Why his identity wasn't made public as he is not minor? Is he going to use the same excuse as mental health. This is awful the authorities need to take strict action on this to set an example in society if same behavior happens in the community. Yoh will be getting getting jailed for life or something more stricter.
