My own hometown nearly avoided that recently. A fire started in the trees next to our "upper class neighborhood" just a couple blocks away from my apartment, but they were able to contain it before it could spread to the housing.

Fort McMurray, a once beautiful province in Alberta. I lived in Newfoundland as the fire happened, my father lived here. Weeks before we were supposed to move here the fire started and it was tragic. I can’t look in my backyard without worry in my mind. Abadand got hit hard.

I was just turning 13 when this happened. I’m 15 now and I Remember the fire was behind my house (no I didn’t lose it thankfully) my dead beat uncle keep saying there is no use for this town (he lives off of my granny). My grandpa lost my house and everyday I followed news. Every time it’s late spring and summer I fell anxiousness come over me. My brother was 4 when the fire happened and my other brother was 11. It was a bad year

How did the fire start?

This was no normal fire. It was intentionally created by directed energy weapons -- as in California. The CBC is a disinformation source. i.e. LIARS.

Thank the Liberals for refusing to allow Russia to assist in fighting the wildfires...They allowed Northern Alberta to burn to the ground.

Yea I think they were nervous because of Russias past. They could have helped though.

Saw exactly the same spark trails that California fires had in first 2 minutes. Not normal fire.

Im just hearing how those California fires where started, a few people took photos of these blue beams of light, starting those fires? Some trees where burning from the inside out. Those blue beams of light were lazer type very hot. Im just wondering if Fort McMurray fire where started the same way. This is war if it was.

Insurance companies will start running all kind of excuses on what they won’t cover. Your chances of rebuilding is slim. All their excuses will be we don’t cover because it’s the act of god

How many have questioned how the Tar Sands extraction exacerbated and fueled the fires?
@mumpygumboo85546 жыл бұрын
Golly gee... I don't suppose that the greenhouse effect would have anything to do with the prevalance of wildfires these days would it? But, go ahead, burn that oil and gas! Go for it! Don't invest in alternatives. Just burn that petrol!!!
