CBD for Schizophrenia

I have skitzophenia. I am 58. I take cbd for arthiric pain. I also take up to 2 mgs but usually 1 to 1.5 mgs of thc daily to cope with depression. At that level it has no psycoactive effects whatsoever. I find it very effective and i dont have any anxiety at that level either. Been doing it about a year now. I feel i have my life back. I am getting on better with my wife and family and am able to keep my own council and enjoy talking to people who take an interest in my life.

My grandson’s manic schizophrenia was immediately calmed with CBD. The dose is 1ml. every 4-6 hours. CBD absolutely calms the effect of THC. My own self experimentation also found that the effects of alcohol were mitigated. I also found CBD to be an emotional analgesic.

I cannot recommend cbd enough for the crippling symptoms of schizophrenia or schizoeffective, which is my sons diagnosis. I ordered some, it arrived today and he took it. This evening, he is smiley, getting things done that he hasnt been able to face for months and full of conversation. For those in the UK, he's taking CBD Bros purple edition, the middle cost range, on top of his depot injection. I intend buying the max dose next time.

It’s very interesting thc is correlated to schizophrenia but CBD can potentially treat it. This channel has videos on both topics. So what I should use cannabis products that have higher cbd to thc ratio ?

Cannabis and Hemp are the same family of plant, but CBD is harvested from hemp. Cannabis with high amounts of CBD can have a calming effect, but still get you stoned. If you like smoking I recommend hemp instead of cannabis.

Same it works for me I take at least 1000 mgs a day. It works faster too and clears up my positive symptoms completely I’m surprised they still don’t know.

CBD Isolate is what the doctors use which is inferior or way less effective compared to the whole plant or the complete genetic code of the plant. CBD Isolate is 1 compound Hemp Paste has 550 compounds. God or Mother Nature created the whole plant and CBD Isolate or CBD oil is incomplete. HempPaste the ONLY way to go!

How’s that working for you? Have you noticed a difference between Sativa and Indica strains? Try hemp if you don’t want to get high, but still want the calming effect.
