29:32 Whats not mentioned in the low vitamin and diet section is that most mental health patients are heavy smokers and smoking strips out vitamins and minerals from your system. That plus most are on fast foods (crap nutrition) and dont eat vegtables you get real problems and the patients are very resistant to giving up their inflamatory sugar fix.

I’ve tested this, I changed my diet completely 19 months ago. My diet the past 5 months is mostly watermelon, yellow kiwi, organic bananas, dates, avocados, organic lentils. Dark chocolate, home grown tomatoes, meat 2-3 times a week. no fast food the past year. Only drink Filtered well water without fluoride or anything. Never smoked cigarettes. I use holistic body wash, aluminum free deodorant, etc. I shower in non chlorinated or fluorinated water. I am extremely healthy. The worst I do is a few pieces of pizza without cheese sometimes. I’m only 18 and my body feels truly amazing and renewed, vibrant. I feel alive again but mentally feel the same as before. Food isn’t everything, it made me happy for months but my mood eventually went back. being healthy isn’t enough to change it mentally. I’d say for me it’s self concept related, although food choice made a big impact on my overall mood and still does

@@BootieHorsie Try using magnesium, vit D, vit C, maganese, and zinc, and lithium orotate. In addition deep breathing and mental outlooks will help with shizo. The mantra is "the world is a safe place, I am safe now" and consider whether fear (imagining a future that is dangerous and not safe) or depression (imagining re-living the past events and thinking the future will be hopeless) is counter productive to being in the present (where we are safe at this moment). Try and search your body to find the area that feels the fear or depression...since it doesn't exist in the present time you will not be able to find it, the more you search for it the more it goes away. Others have claimed shizo is caused by excess copper in the system and zinc, manganese and molybdenum will help detoxify and reduce the copper levels. Make sure you are getting good sleep. Good job and getting good nutrition. Keep searching and you will find something that makes you happy again.

@@gamersanonymous4me131 thanks for the advice. I’m extremely big into spirituality and law of attraction/manifestation. I have affirmations or mantras for every situation. I feel safe I’m not paranoid, it’s just feeling hopeless/staying stuck. I’ve changed my life and mindset and have received amazing results, idk why this feeling keeps coming back. I’ve done inner child healing or trauma healing, which fixed 99% of it. It’s like my emotions and intellect are misaligned. I will try what you suggested very soon. Only thing that helps is smoking weed but I don’t want to smoke all day, I have things to do

I take 500mgv twice daily. This has been a blessing for me. For schizophrenia you will need to increase the frequency to about 4 times daily. Give it a try and good quality oils to your diet, veg olive and coconut oils. NO GLUTEN and processed foods. Do your research on Niacin/niacinamide.blessings

My cousin had this Schizophrenia for years,he went to different hospital but no hope. Later a family friend recommended her to Herbal Doctor and a spiritualist who gave her some Herbs to drink and birth and also Oil to applied on her body after bathing for cleansing for 21days. As am talking to you now,my cousin is free from Schizophrenia. She's working with world Health Organization. Most doctor always discouraged people for using herbs but I want to tell you guys today that every illness is not medical. There are some that are spiritual that needs cleansing with the use of Herbs and other natural supplements

As a student of neuroscience with experience with clinical patients, I can only say that politics and advancing own careers in spite of patients' lives should be a crime. Omega fatty acids seriously help with negative symptoms of SZ, and yet they'll have people commit SUICIDE rather than research on it and support Neuro-nutritional approaches alongside meds. I love science and research, BUT the humans on power (Always white, and mostly fairly old guys) are NOT concerned with public help at all and really are as self centered as it could ever get.

My doc is taking a blood test from me for the first time. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia years ago then & never took a blood test but the doctor tells me the blood tests are to check for cholesterol and a couple other health checks I can’t remember what, but does that also check the blood to see if I’ve been taking my meds???

Im schizophrenic. to lose it and be free from it well this is the alternative approach. drink at least 500mg of niacine and tryptophan 5htp everyday trust me you will feel a tremendous change but it should go with fasting. Niacin and tryptophan are not meds but supplements so it doesnt have any side effects. avoid meats, junkfood, and sugar and lose that weight, and don't go on yoyo dieting wherein you get thin, you get fat, you get thin again then you get fat again. it will worsen it. it will just benefit them cause you are giving out bad life force/energy/aura. stick into being thin. just eat Vegetables and fruits. your body is a temple. You are what you eat. You gotta keep your mind powerful and your body free from temporary gratifications and pleasure. it may not sound related but trust me it is. you will feel the difference. avoid vices like smoking, drugs and alcohol it will worsen it as well. you need a good aura and positive thinking to remove schizophrenia. clean your home. seeing that it's a mess plus thinking your life is a mess will worsen schizophrenia. just eat veggies and lose weight you'll feel the difference. you are what you eat. avoid meat and sugar like sodas, and junk food. your body is a temple and eventually in this holistic technique the voices will be limited or completely gone. do meditation and grounding/earthing everyday. this takes discipline and effort, it will not be gone overnight, you need to this for months or years to see results. download GAIA app then type schizophrenia, watch the videos there it helped me a lot. it has a 7 day trial period. what i did was i watched a bunch of videos in there then cancelled my subscription before it reached the 7th day. lol A temporary remedy is hum a repetitive short irritating lyrics in your mind, a chorus of a popular song. it will block 70% of the voice that you hear. it will be hard the first two days but you'll get used to it on the 3rd onwards and will become a habit to block the voice, this voices this motherfuckers will hate it. again niacin and tryptophan are very important, fasting or drinking only water and eating only vegetables is important and losing weight and maintaining it is important. this is an alternative approach than taking those mood relaxers and medications that will do nothing but to sedate the patients. thank you.
