For four years at least 100 people got this information from me, free, no strings attached, right up to and through the night of September 10, 2001. This means law enforcement were given the details in time ( 1997, 1998, early 2001 ) to act and prevent. For more detailed facts, search in you tube----John Shaw Attacks of September 11, 2001.

I’ll never forget that day. I was in my second grade classroom teaching as usual. I noticed loud voices in the hall, teacher’s voices. I walked to the door and heard about the first tower. We could not leave our children alone. I told my class I would find out later what had happened. It was time for P.E., so I took my boys and girls to the gym, and hurried to the film room where they had set up a TV for us. My best friend was already there. I grabbed her hand and we watched the rerun of the first plane. We could hardly speak. Then the second plane hit, and we were in a state of shock. We said a prayer for God to help these poor people. We had to leave shortly and pick up our students. I let them talk a little while about what had happened. Then I got them back to their lessons for my sake as well as theirs. We all managed to finish out the day. We all hurried home and watched TV practically all night. I know we all did this in the whole country that fateful day and weeks and months to follow. And now we watch it again this day all these years later. It will stay with us as Pearl Harbor did with our parents and grandparents. God bless all the people who lost their lives. As soon as I walked in the door my mom looked at me shocked and I could tell she was hysterical, as I looked to the tv they were showing the second plane hitting & then shot to the footage of the south tower collapsing. The north tower was still standing at that point and all I can remember is my mom saying that they all died, then we watched in horror as the north tower fell. I was 9 years old when I learned that the “boogeyman” wasn’t a made up entity that I thought lived in my closet or under my bed. Although the first tower had been hit, I assumed that it must have been a terrible accident. When the second hit, all I could do was sit on the bed while yelling for my husband in tears. I lived in Akron, Ohio. Flight 93 flew over my house that morning; though I didn't realize it until later that day. We lived near a local muni airport, so I was well aware of what the different planes sounded like. That morning I was awakened out of a sound sleep by the sound and feeling of my whole house shaking and the windows rattling. I tried to look out my window, a neighbor's tree blocked any view. I knew I'd never heard anything like this before. I got up, got dressed and went downstairs. I turned on my TV in the living room, and went to grab some coffee. I walked back in expecting to see Jerry Springer on TV and instead was confronted with the horror of 9/11 just starting in NYC. I didn't leave me chair all day. Later in the morning they mentioned how there was a plane that turned around at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport and headed 35 miles south and I realized with horror that Flight 93 was what flew over my house. Akron is 35 miles south of Cleveland. I wished I could've helped somehow. Maybe if I'd been outside and had seen the plane and realized something was seriously wrong I could have called someone. When our managers finally gave us the okay to leave (imagine that especially when planes were supposedly headed to Chicago) we all walked out to traffic that was so gridlocked it was like something out of a dystopian nightmare. I was glad when I finally made it home two hours later and could hold my son. RIP to all of those who never had a chance to do that. 😞

well considering that the lie is still alive and well, of course it hasn't been fully dealt with. I still would have said you'd be safe. It's a completely different construction than WTC. I hate skyscrapers, btw. Almost as much as planes. At Sears, you have steel beam in a waffle pattern. The core is brick walled. Similar time frame, so still lots of asbestos sprayed on for hypothetical fire. It would have shredded the plane like a puppy going through a newspaper. I believe it would have held up much longer. The stairs were better protected and the flooring was steel beams. It wouldn't have sagged and collapsed the core, being aluminum (?), at least not so soon.

Man, just seeing the video open up with that warning should serve as a painful reminder on why I thought it was bad timing for me to have just hit my teen years at that point, which I was really looking forward to. I felt like I was getting ushered into a world of angst and depression when I was previously part of a world of joy and laughter, which I unfortunately wasn't too thrilled over.

It wasn’t only about the buildings being knocked down or the people who committed the crime.. more so about all the thousands of people who lost their lives and loved ones during this. Just so tragic. Only in movies you see this but to know this was our reality is so heartbreaking. R.I.P to those who lost their lives

As a Muslim, I want to tell you that if Bin Laden did it, then what he did is forbidden in our religion, and he has nothing to do with jihad, and all of our sheikhs said that what he did (if he did it) is wrong, and some said that he is an infidel who does not extend his connection to Islam.I also feel sad about what happened, but the people who were killed on this day do not even come close to those killed by us as Muslims and Arabs. Thank you.

It's so sad that this is the only day when our country actually stood together. I was in the middle of art class and the principal got on the intercom and told the teachers to turn on the tv. My art teacher started panicking and crying bc her son was working up there and she couldn't find him. Luckily she got ahold of him later and he was ok and not in the building that day. I am now 38 and this is the only time I ever get goosebumps.

I feel the same as I did that day, right there in my office watching it live in front of us. I don't think people realize how watching it on TV that day blunted it for you. I still feel a knife in my soul every time I think about it. I lost 26 friends and 5 clients. I pray America comes back to the United We Stand sentiments we felt in the wake of those attacks. We aren't separate parties, separate states... We are all Americans, Under God, and we should live with that Unity of Purpose. America lost our Innocence, our belief we were safe on our own shores... 9/11 was the first attack on Non-military target in our history. Pls remember, please feel the United We Stand that we felt on 9/12 in the wake of that terror. We Need it, especially now!
