​@@OutOnTheReef The information on the websites I've found is rather contradictory. I just bought a boat that I would like to use to bypass the horrible wait times when driving across the border, but I can't really find any information on what the experience is like using the ROAM app. If you wouldn't mind answering them, I do have a couple questions. Is it just a simple video call and that's it? Do you get inspected by border patrol? CBP's website talks about being directed to the nearest port of entry for inspection, is that part of the process?

@@ExecratedPlaysGaming using the app is very simple ,you log in and but before you register all your passengers to the app ,once you arrive from a foreign country you login and you put the captain and put the passengers did you have already logged in your app with their passport and then they're going to ask you if you bringing any money or any foods from the foreign country when you say no then it will take about 10 minutes to an hour and a half depending on how busy they are and then they will tell you in the app that your approved to enter the country by video or just with a simple email confirmation from them. But nobody checks your boat out and you don't have to take your boat anywhere that's why the app is so easy to use but this last location that I went to the Bahamas they were so busy that it took an hour and a half for them to answer me with my approval to arrival. Just like you saw in the video that's exactly what I did I didn't have to show up anywhere for them to check my boat

ExecratedPlays We are NOT verified travelers, it was too expensive, but we just used the app last month with NO problem. They didn’t even video chat us.

@@steware yes sometimes they will video chat you but sometimes they decide not to I'm glad that it worked out perfect for you guys
