Ditch Border Patrol Using This App | CBP ROAM

I have my DTOPS, I have completed all the info for the CBP Roam,, however "The officer may request a video chat". This where I'm lost. After viewing everything at the govt end, and reading forums and watching vids (like this one) no one says what app I need for a video chat (android phone). So, because I'm an old guy and have never had a video chat, I may seem stupid. I see nothing on my phone that says video chat. I will download it if I can ever find what it is, that I need.
