They don’t know what an eptopic pregnancy is or that incest/rape babies aren’t a good thing, but sure, they’ve *totally* got this one that requires pediatric neurologists, immunologists, traumatic specialists, pathologists to understand. Good thing they have disgraced psychologist/tv personality “Dr. Phil” and John Grisham to sort it out for them! Have all critical thinking skills gone out the window? I agree! The hospital kept sending her home rather than keeping her in the hospital. They neglected to take care of her properly. They over medicated her with opiates too. She needed to be on IVs, antibiotics, steroid inhaler, oxygen, & monitoring her breathing & heartbeat. Not sent home with Codeine Cough Syrup (Promethazine) & an opiate suppository. Two opioid medications that suppressed her breathing while her lungs were literally being eaten by pneumonia. She had necrotic tissue in her lungs, dead rotting tissue in her lungs. The doctor should have ordered chest X-rays, or if they already had in the beginning, they should have taken more to show the pneumonia & the patient’s condition had gotten worse. The X-rays would show the pneumonia spreading in the lungs. Every time I or a family member ever had gotten sick with a really bad cough, they snapped chest X-rays. I looked at the X-rays & could see my lungs had white spots from pneumonia, instead of black spaces should be showing clear lungs. Chest rads are really easy to figure out for anyone with the slightest medical knowledge. A Veterinarian Technician could look at the X-rays & see there was a major problem. Children & Elderly patients are much more vulnerable to pneumonia, so the hospital should have immediately checked her in! Yes, I believe the hospital is guilty of malpractice & tried to pass the buck onto the father. He wasn’t even there during one of his daughter’s respiratory distress incidents. Wasn’t it the hospital that called the law & CPS on the father. Maybe it was the hospital pushing for his arrest & indictment by saying things that made the father look bad, since they didn’t check this toddler into their hospital & basically sent her home to die & didn’t hospitalize her until he brought her back again.

@angelas3872 This is what you get with medical privatization, HMOs, Insurance medicine, and overall corporate medicine. You get junk medical care. What makes anyone think that businessmen, who only care about profits, bottom lines, cutting corners, buy low sell high, care anything about the delivery of top notch medicine? Our medical doctor community has been flooded with foreign doctors, primarily from conservative countries who have the same political values as the MAGA Right. I haven't had or even seen a Anglo physician since I was a child. How is this explained? We need to stop corporate privatization. Once a corporation gets a hold of a company, they drain its assets and reduce it to its lowest functioning capabilities, if not destroy it out of existence altogether. This has been going on for decades.

Hospital staff and Doctors . Attorneys as well . Courts should not disallow evidence especially if it can lead to questions of a person's innocence or guilt. I would imagine the State could be sued. Rightly so . The child's doctor should be sued along with the hospital . After all, there was negligence in all of their part in this case . Hearing the evidence that was not presented would give one the impression, there may have been a coverup or that those that were involved in any shape or form, were not dedicated to their jobs and the oaths they took .

He has laid an extraordinarily detailed case out for reasonable doubt in this matter. Under such circumstances a person should never be charged, let alone executed, when there is doubt and only circumstantial evidence.

If your child was in a stroller ,you had to take them out and carry them. Well as I'm walking I step off the curb wrong fall and my son falls out of my arms and him the ground . We call the ambulance and they come and go to the UK hospital. The exam him SHAKEN BABY , didn't believe that fell even though I had scratches on my knee and arms etc. he did have some swelling because he did hit the ground. They put these paper clips things on his eyes to test them. They wanted to take him and my 5 year away because CPS thought I was a black woman with the same name as me 😮. My dad had to tell the director DUDE SHE'S WHITE NOT BLACK. my kids were released that day. He was diagnosed with SHAKEN BABY and didn't have it at all

Totally discusting and frightning that soooo much information can either be ignored or supressed that could be used in a trial for justice.

Dr. (PhD in psychology) Phil is involved in children's *charities* that support cases like this, representing the children first & foremost. He's a mandated, by the courts, reporter (of abuse). As he would say on other subjects, I don't have a dog in this fight, with the exception of being a very involved Aunt of an autistic nephew & a heart for justice, an advanced degree in psychology, & someone once prescribed Phenegan as a stage 4 cancer patient. I knew nothing of this case until I saw this video & I'm listening intently. Listening & following up with a search for facts. 🙏💔 #ASD #Autism #ShakenBabySyndrome # RobertRoberson #Texas

So sad I know what this man went through 25 years ago this was the go to. When a child passed away. This baby had so many of the same things my son had. Thank god we had family that paid. For my son to see a doctor that is an expert on bleeding behind the eye.

He is not guilty, sadly the doctors should be held accountable.

The defense atty and the prosecuting needs disbarred, then sued by this man. This man once exonerated should be able to file a huge civil suit against the State.
