This case will go down in history as one of the most ridiculous prosecutions in modern day law. The prosecution should have waited until they had all their ducks in a row before bringing it to trial. They are just throwing everything at the wall hoping that at least some of it will stick. We need justice for these young girls, not a freaking clown show.

If his family doesn’t think, or have any reason to think that he had anything to do with the crime. According to what the prosecutor has now shown, the “bridge guy” was so far from the girls, he couldn’t be seen on the 85 inch screen when the video was shown. But somehow, he sprinted across the bridge in time to supposedly say whatever before the 43 second video ended. That bridge is about 1300 feet long.

I think it is RA.. I cant see it being Ron Logan..He had a grey hair and stash..This looks more like Richard Allen to me. Theres a reason she filmed BG..He said something or did something to give her the creeps. Allen has also volunteered himself being there..most likely to see the reaction of LE to see if he was in the clear. A bullet from his gun probably racked in front of the girls to gain compliance...but he used a knife instead..thats how the bullet was found right by the girls. Probably forgot one was chambered then couldnt find it in the leaves. THEN he admits that he did it ovet 60 times to his wife on a recorded prison phone call and an intent to confess tonthe warden..I think he guilty or atleast involved 100%

From the start cops hs e always said the way the sticks were place was almost ritualistic and very strange.. I think if Richard did it he would have def had some kind of evidence on his computer or phone or even Dna in his car.also he confessed to using a box cutter tyats a very shallow blade and not to get descriptive or gross it would take awhile do that with a box cutter. If you have a car accident and go to hospital to have a blood test to prove you don’t have any drugs/alcohol in your system the hospital gives you a vile of your blood for yourself to take home incase it needs to be retested or something happens to the one they keep, this happens in Australia but I don’t know if this is the practise in America, it makes me believe that if your interview is recorded you should be supplied with a copy of the recording or be allowed to record the interview yourself for not only their evidence purposes but for your own protection especially if they can turn around and say it was lost or failed to record. Just my opinion.

I imagine RA is BG. I have to think RA’s wife recognized BG as her husband, unless she’s a complete dunce. I KNOW my wife would recognize me, even with the graininess. Maybe his wife just couldn’t handle the shock, or he somehow convinced her it’s not him, or it is him but he didn’t kill them.
@SueDeNym08Сағат бұрын
You are probably right about the shock. Our brains have difficulty processing trauma, which is likely why DE said he thought the bodies were mannequins. It also explains why this witness would initially say "muddy" and then later report "muddy/bloody." Blood on clothes might appear brown. The brain would assume mud, because who would immediately process that as blood just seeing a guy walking?
