I think the general public should stand up and be heard regarding the judge deciding who and how the public can view this trial Our First amendment rights are being disregarded and I feel like NO ONE has the right to do that in America

So even reporters can't state the facts moments after leaving court. All the reports coming from people who attended court that I've watched so far have stated that one girl mentions black clothing. ONE GIRL. ONE GIRL. Not "a lot of them" as the muppet says. One.

Nobody could identity him or his voice for 6 years. All the (state)-witnesses yesterday descripted a younger, taller, muscular guy.

Why can't the Prosecutors just asking those (teenagers at the time) if they can Identify if they see that man they seem that day is in the Courtroom???? Then they should be able to identify if it is him or not. That is not making sense .

Id assume because everyone has seen his face so it means nothing when taking bias into account. Everyone already accepted he's bridge guy and the murderer before he's had a trail.

They may have been discussing how to get down off the bridge ,and bridge guy may have said oh go this way or that , like he was merely giving directions . Which one or ones of the girls that say they saw Allen. Have drug,alcohol, police problems as adults . This was a teen hazing , Richard Allen is not guilty .

I hate to say it but these cops have bungled this case from the beginning. Nothing about catfishing or the pedo circle that is 💯 in that area. If he did it, I don't think he was solo. Patsy like. If they don't step up their game RA is going to be a rich man. Something stinks, from the cops to the judge. Also, why was the FBI kicked out of the investigation. A bullet? They weren't shot and that is easily attained from someone. He seems dumb, hung at the pub, probably armed. " Hey, nice gun. Can I check it out?" Bam, round cycled. If that's all they have, this man will walk. Guilty. Involved or not. 7 years? " We forgot to follow up on him"? No way, something stinks somewhere. Sorry young ladies, they are failing you or corrupt ❤❤❤

The FBI was not kicked off. They have been working on it too. Many videos of the press conferences have FBI agents on the team.

Crazy that you call not guilty after 4 days of a weeks long trial 😂 what has happened in 4 days that makes you so sure there is absolutely NOTHING that the prosecution could produce that means he's guilty?

@@calumdonald395 I have followed this for years, and the majority of people know he’s not guilty. The judge has consistently ruled against the defense, handicapped them in many ways. There is no physical evidence, the eye witnesses can’t identify him, the sketches look nothing like him, he told the police he was in the area, agreed to a polygraph, lived in Delphi for years, yet they never arrested him? There is lots more evidence that shows he is not guilty. You should really read about this case.

@HEB-kb6ol You are talking as if you haven't been following the case for years so let's break it down. To suggest the majority of people think he's innocent is absolutely not true. I've been speaking to multiple people every week about this case for 7 years, the majority of people are like me and think he is almost certainly guilty How has the judge handicapped the defence in multiple ways? By not letting them use the sketches? The sketches were NOT how they found Richard allen and sketches are notoriously subjective. That being said, you don't think he looks like old bridge guy? He spoke to a civilian FBI employee a few days after the murder and the tip was misfiled, with even his name and street name getting mixed up. It wasn't until years later that this tip was found and that's when they acted. You're acting like all the police knew about him from day one, which is absolutely not true You say there is no physical evidence, wrong again. A bullet that was cycled through the chamber of his gun was found under the dead body of a child. Just a coincidence? You are right, he did agree he was there at the time of the murders. He said he was there, he said what he was wearing which all matched bridge guy. He also said he saw 3 girls and described them. The 3 girls also said they saw him and who they saw was bridge guy. You think there was another man wearing the exact same clothes at the exact same time that saw the exact same girls? Come on. You can make an argument that they said that the man they saw was too tall to be richard allen, different hair etc but EVERY witness has said the man that they saw was the man from the video on the bridge. You honestly believe Richard Allen when he said he was at the bridge to "watch the fish" Let's get on to the confessions. He confessed to multiple people over multiple days, multiple times. He wrote and signed a written confession. This wasn't beaten out of him. After his defence got to him he started acting crazy, eating paper and telling people he killed his grandkids. This was all in an effort to fool people like you that every statement he has ever made has been wrong because he's crazy. Looks like it's worked. Again, we are at the very start of a long trial of a man who is almost certainly guilty - but i will listen to all the evidence and we will wait and see. To say you are PRAYING for a not guilty is quite frankly fucking disgusting

@@calumdonald395 I absolutely am, the bullet being cycled through his gun is BS science and has led to multiple people being imprisoned falsely over the years multiple times. It’s trash evidence. He has never ever been in this situation before and had a mental breakdown. The FBI even has admitted they do not believe he was the killer, still do not.aunt you think the majority of people think he’s guilty in your circle but I can tell you the majority of people do NOT. They believe the department is hiding facts, they believe there are other suspects, they don’t believe he was the killer, or was even capable of it. Not to mention he was highly mistreated in prison, multiple sources have confirmed that. She’s handicapped the defense by not allowing mention of any other suspects, by not allowing the odinism theory, by having on multiple occasions refusing the money needed for his defense. Now that the prosecution witnesses have brought up the sketches they will be allowed in. Wait till the defense gets up there…..this county is sketchy and up to something from the beginning.

Field service agent michael curtis thenforst fbi agent involved knew suspects invovled in delphi were same omes involved in karena mcclerkin case the investigation they were already in delphi on was my federal informant investigation started daysbafter karena mcclerkin case ... i still habe the hard copies who what when and where what had fbi amd agent over me already in delphi fbi was active investigation and in person servalnce watching and filming actions by a group at ron Logans property from feb 10th thru 12th only reason he went back with partnwr was to follow up on suspects addresses and places of work after a group left after being two days and one night there on rons land ... mark my words fbi joint terrorism task force already admitted being on investigation in delphi prior to delphi happening michael curtis agent knew intel had suspects involved mossing and murdered case 126 days before delphi ... just like fbi partners in Florida two mass shootings refused to act lives young and old lost two mass shootings movhael curtis the texts emails and recorded calls i have still with him are about to fome out in federal court ! They knew intel has suspects already involved more then ome other murder yet refused to act allowing delphi to happen ... wait til news finally sees that when me and my federal legal team files federal lawsuit against fbi and agent curtis ! Refused to act allowing now over 20 childrens lives lost based off his inactions and refusing to allow fbi as whole know what he had and allowed delphi among others it was 100% preventable yet fbi indinapolis field office and agent decided to pull another larry nasser knew suspects knew intel refused to act like their partners in florida did !
