Hi how much better would you say the component speakers are with the tweeter in the A pillar vs the X4E coaxials? Are components a vast improvement in SQ?

How do the under seat sub compare to a boxed subwoofer?

Very very different, they are just different products all together really

Underseats, at least in mine, go through the door sill towards a box inside the quarter panel. However, they don't play as low as a dedicated sub, I also got one in my 17 Cooper S. Night and day, I use underseat for tight punchy bass, and the one in the trunk for low end
