The FBI and Federal Grand Jury found no frame job or conspiracy. Bad behaviour but led to nothing harmful in the scheme of it all. I’m sure he will be fine. He’s been moved out and will probably get a formal warning, keep a job that he will probably like and choose, retire one day and get his pension. Seems fair in the circumstances and if we judge his behaviour we should judge KR’s also …. she’s no angel and who’s was worse and more harmful. She’s been charged with crimes - he has not.

Your take on Proctor being investigated is text messages about Karen but not that he shared confidential information to non LE parties or that he miss handled evidence by not following any procedures of chain of custody or that he lied and changed witness statements that he didn't formally interview or seperate them and didn't interview witnesses until over a year later, hid a witness and let's not forget he seized Karen's car and phone without a search warrant.
