@blah good stuff like this happens every day across America. Maybe not that exact situation but good things do happen between officers and citizens. I have lived at the same address for the last 20 or so years and in those years I have offered or helped 8 or more people. From fixing their car to taking them home. This young guy came walking by the house and it started raining real hard. I called to him and told him to come and get on my porch out of the rain. He was headed home from work. I told him I would take him home. He lived about 2 miles from my house. No charge. The best one was 4 teens driving a car and the muffler fell off and bent the exhaust pipe. I love to sit on my front porch and speak to people as they walk by. Anyway I walked over and ask if they wanted some help. One said he didn't know. I looked under the car and the exhaust pipe needed bending back and bolted back to the motor. I went to my shop and got tools and bolts I needed and fixed it. They ask if They owed me any money. I looked at the car and back at them. Told them they owed me $300. They almost passed out. I started laughing and told them they didn't owe me anything. Just be safe. Sometimes I'll pay for the cars food behind me at McDonald drive through. I do it because I want to and doing it makes me feel good. Take Care

Well let me bring you back to reality. Amber Guyger is trying to get her verdict overturned. She's a woman of no morals, flawed character and lacking integrity. She knows she's guilty, she was as insincere as can be on the stand to avoid jail time and then when found guilty get the minimum sentence. Well she already got away with merely 10 years, but now she wants to walk free. That's the kind of person she always was, maybe it never showed, but it was in her. And that's the kind police officers support. Sorry, but the US is doomed.
