I'm not saying totally trust your kid and not watch them either, I'm saying do your best to keep their environment safe and then rely on your raising of them in the gaps. All kids will make some bad choices but if parents, families and communities do their jobs(their True Wills) then the child may mess up but usually not beyond repair. There are always rare circumstances where a parent is great and the kid chooses evil everyday anyways, but I'm talking more generally, bc we don't pass these laws for the rare exceptions.
