Grace has such a love for the instrument. You can tell she LISTENS to the greats. Then she puts those style elements to work together and it sounds new. Her improvisation chops are SHARP! And yeah I think the Harris campaign would be smart to adopt “Madame President” as a theme. The lyrics and the vibe are perfect.

She is spectacular, but the GOAT? Nope, not even close. If you’re going to give a compliment give one that’s actually honest or it’s pretty hollow.

I had your back from the beginning!! Keep letting America and the World know that actually playing a guitar with lots of practice can move peoples souls and carve a new direction from back in the day instead of computer ized no cant read a note cant play any instrument talk up the same thing with no brain power invested.Everybody on planet knows who "Hendrix" was... No players with their mouth will ever reach that status of Forever........never!

Love the people who say keep the music out of politics. As if throughout history songs have never touched on societal issues. And I'm pretty sure she said she wrote this before Kamala became the nominee. The point she's making, i think, is that these problems have existed from generation to generation and the one constant has been male presidents and that maybe something would change with a woman in charge. Not saying Kamala is the best person to fill that role but Grace is not wrong to think that.

@PeggySmith-fo2edАй бұрын
I'm all for her creating her own music. She is clearly talented and is still growing as a musician with much to learn. My only problem with Grace is when she covers a classic. It is like fingernails on a chalkboard listening to rapid fire licks that don't belong and change the song. Trying to play an Alman Brothers song and then tossing in an inappropriate high-speed riff is off putting and is not true to the original artist. It is better to show off her blazing fast picking skills on songs that require it. Having said that, I'm sure she will find her way. It takes a lifetime to be a measured musician, and she is young.

Hmm the song you say there's problems with homelessness, house prices and you think the current person running is gonna fix that ? She's been in office for 4 years and hasn't even addressed any of these issues. I'm all for a female president but this one who got selected for us isn't the one.
