As long as the entrance tests are the same for everyone. In the UK, when there was a push for female firefighters, they made the entrance test easier, so women only had to carry a 20lb bag for 30 feet rather than what was a 50lb bag for 60 feet. This means we now have female firefighters that would struggle to carry anything more than a 2-year-old in a fire, but forget about adults. Since this change, 27 years ago, deaths in fires have slowly risen by 29%! So same entrance rules for everyone - or the U.S. will see the same results!

Zero questions about his policies or failures. If you want him to be considered legit treat him like you would any of his predecessors. Fellow Vets and servicemen have serious criticisms about his time as secdef. - disastrous Afghanistan pullout - all time low reported moral by DoD surveys - lied about getting medical treatment and went to the ICU without informing chain of command. - 9th straight failed pentagon audit. Austin has been a disaster and infantilizing him because he’s not white isn’t helpful.

Some dunce commented here that women should make up 50% of the Infantry. Sure😂. Just watch the usmc video of the battle of Fallujah . And then ask those Marines who cried and suffered in they think 50% should be women. As a combat tanker war is dirty and horrible. Some women can do it but not 50% in the Infantry. That's stupidity.

Perhaps read a book on the 1930s and how a fascist army based on racism failed. Perhaps a book on Truman's decision to integrate the military in the late 1940s, in advance of the larger USA society. Perhaps a book on the role of African American soldiers and airmen in World War Two. Enjoy your trip to the library. It's a great place.

Hmmm 🤔😏 what a bitter irony of opening this story with the Army/ Navy football game and ' diversity ' - the very same event that invited Daniel Penny for taking the life of a black man. No matter what you think about Jordan Neely, it was extremely poor taste to honor / reward Penny with an invitation 😞like he took down some foreign enemy - instead of a mentally ill homeless man.😢 Where was the invitation for homeless veterans of all stripes - who actually sacrificed for this country+??
@suzannemcmaken464819 сағат бұрын

That so called ex Marine is an embarrassment to military service. NYC subway riders would not feel at all safe with wannabe vigilantes on the trains. Vigilantes and fake good guys are a danger to innocent bystanders. If a person yelling about hunger and food scares you, you should change to the adjoining subway car. That is what any adolescent coming home from high school would know to do. If that guy really wanted to be a leader, a hero, a Marine, he could have held the door and assisted other passengers to leave the car. Now the vulnerable young man in the middle of an episode is alone in a quiet car and probably already calming down. From your safer position in the adjoining car, your next goal is to contact the conductor so that transit police can meet the train in the next station. This is easily accomplished by walking through the train to the conductor's booth. It usually takes about five minutes for a train to arrive in the next station. So penny is such a warrior, he was incapable of remaining calm, formulating a plan, and maintaining the situation for five minutes. Got it. No, I do not at all feel safe with a guy like penny on the subway. Penny, please take a taxi in the future, if you can handle that. I don't want any cab drivers to get hurt on your watch.
