I read Pinocchio when I was about 10 and was expecting the sanitized Disney story, it was a total eye opener and a little shocking, but I loved it. I'm excited to see Guillermo's version, which sounds like it will be more in line with the original story.

I would agree, this shall win Best Animated Film, but also Best Picture. This is nothing like I've ever seen before in a film. Yes, it's animated, but the story, soundtrack, and actor's vocal performance,. It's stop-motion with beautifully executed lighting on set. It's extremely unique in the weirdest and most elegant of ways. Therefore, it should definitely win Best Picture.
