I really liked this video, Dr. Grande showed great patience and I think the client actually started to calm down throughout the session due to the counselors demeanor. I also liked how Dr. Grande tied the automatic thoughts into her words and showed how it controlled how she felt.

If you're still making role play videos, I would love some by you demonstrating the techniques of cognitive restructuring, systematic desensitization, cognitive reframing, confrontation, as well as progressive muscle relaxation!

Thank you very much for this video. I would be great also if you could in each section explicitly describe which CBT techniques you have used and why and,.... This is just a suggestion because this will help the students or anyone who is interested to learn better and comprehensively. Again thank you very much for your videos and your time.

I think what she was trying to say is that the thought of work makes her worry and hence stopping her to be a happy mum. The kid can’t see she’s worried but the kid also can’t see she’s happy enthusiastic loving life mum. 10/10
