Dear Ali. If i have completed done the bread dough at night and wish to bake the next early in the morning. Can i do so? I Keep the bread in fridge. Will the bread turns sour? Your advice pls. TQVM

Dear Ali .. I followed your recipe step-by-step today and the bread turned like cotton very fluffy and delicious 😋❤ .. I subscribed already to your channel and I have already tried 2 recipes successfully .. P.S. For the dough the milk 180g =125 ml _ For the cream custard: the milk 250g = 250 ml. I followed your recipe and all the ingredients, but somehow the dough was very wet and sticky, I even added an extra half cup of all purpose flour, and it was still sticky. I could get the dough off my fingers and I had to wash it off with water. So now I'm proofing the rough dough because I was unable to smooth it so round like yours. It's now proofing in a bowl which still has dough sticking all over. Hopefully it still turns out after it's proofed and not as sticky. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Hello, I am very sorry to read your message. I think different brands of flour have different water absorption capabilities. Another possibility is that there will be a process of mixing water and flour when the dough is kneaded. After water enters the flour, it will not so sticky
