I notice when the champion won the car they had the chasing cars spinning around just like on Card Sharks.

This is the 1st episode ever in which the "rainbow chasing cars" go around in circles, each time a contestant win a car. That pattern was taken from their sister show - "Card Sharks" - @ 10:35 - only thing, the word "Car," chased around, instead of just cars.
