@@BeautifullySyndie Next time before you move pray and ask God for a sign, on which city to move to in the state and once you are content with the peace, and environment you will know, this is the answer to his will. The confusion will lead to the inability to hear God's voice, and know His will. 1 Corinthians 14:33 says "For God is not the author of confusion but of peace". God can use confusion in certain circumstances: To help people know who to marry, Show them the right direction to go to in life such as: what career path to take, Where to move and live, What friends to associate and dis-associate with, even what church to go to. Yep, that's all🙏. PS! I found your page through Daphine's page, I went to high school with her.

Having lost my mom suddenly and unexpectedly in 2020, I relate to the pain you expressed at the beginning of the video. The loss of your mom hits so hard and sometimes you can’t really express it. It’s the absolute worst club to join. And grief is a constant and unwanted companion. Sometimes it just hovers in the back of your mind and you think you’re doing good. Other times, it’s riding shotgun and you can’t escape it. I’m holding space for you and pray that when the grief rolls in, you take refuge in Him as you ride the wave to the other side of it.

Syndie I'm glad to see you back doing the thing your passionate about and seeing you pour into yourself and your faith. Sometimes we need to go through those experiences to really find ourselves, it's not easy but so worth it! I tell everyone that the best thing you can do for yourself is to show up for yourself and always be at peace with yourself and who you are at core. Once you have that down, nothing can break you. You've got this! ❤

So happy you are back. Taking a break from life is always well deserved. I recently did the same thing after feeling like things in my life were not working out for me. Leaning into God and his word and removing myself from certain things like social media and certain people helped. Sometimes God calls us to go into a secret place so that we can focus on our relationship with him and our personal growth/healing. I hope you decide to include more of your faith journey in your content. I used to hide my faith but God reminded me that his opinion matters more than the world’s opinion. I have had to adjust how I share my faith bc I was coming off too churchy bc I was excited about all that I was learning but I have toned down a bit. There are going to be people who will try to distract you or judge you. In those moments I go to Matthew 5:11-12 to remind myself that people aren’t going to like my walk with Christ but I am blessed bc I chose to give my life to him and be set apart from the world. Also, if you don’t have a community yet find one in Austin or online because it helps being around other believers who understand the journey you are on.

My son's father was killed in Houston September 2024. It was unexpected and my son is in his Senior year of high school.. it has been very traumatic for him. He is transitioning into manhood without a father. He just turned 18 this year but I found therapy for him. Losing a parent is something that will always hurt especially if you never grieved properly. I told my son grief is like a scar that heals inside out. Even when the inside heals you can still see the scar or scars and sometimes that scar hurts or itches. It never truly goes away and anything can trigger grief. Just simply missing your parent can trigger you. My prayers are with you.. as a parent with a child experiencing lost of a parent it's a very hard and heartbreaking experience. Processing the lost of a parent is hard too.. especially if you are younger. I am slowly going through the painful process with my son. Much grace and patience is needed with grief 🙏💓

Grief is so tricky but I'm glad you took time for yourself and that you are in therapy. I love you what you stated about keeping your time with God intimate. Thanks for letting us in to the reason behind your absence. It’s such a simple, none invasive thing to do that some creators tend to make a big deal out of. It’s interesting but I’m also in a new area & have noticed that I haven’t made many friends because the community is predominantly white! I’m exploring what exactly the resistance here is, because people are people at the end of the day.

Hi Syndie thanks for another vlog. I just wanted to say amen and God bless you on your walk with the Lord. I appreciate you being candid on your reason for not going too deep about your walk. I know there are people who may forget where they were before they were born again, but I just want to say keep talking about it and keep going. Everyone is on different levels of their journey with God and your words can impact the next person who is teetering on their belief. I have also re established my relationship with God back in July. When you brought up your battles within yourself and how those things prepare you I was also going to give you Romans 5:3. It’s a reminder to me as well to keep going no matter what you face. Tribulations do bring forth patience. I will keep you in my prayers but I don’t want you to worry about the nay sayers, use your platform to help them that are also just starting their walk or want to. Always be open to talking about God and what He has done and is doing in your life. I look forward to watching your videos. God bless you.
