Jimin info that some still aren't aware of: ❣JIMIN, born October 13, 1995, at age 11, started studying, performing, & competing (winning every competition), in hip hop, popping (excelled), & street dancing, while attending the renowned Just Dance Academy in Busan where he's from! He was so good that an instructor even had the high tuition fee waived at one point! This was while also attending middle school, where he loved sports, being quite athletic, joined the football team, excellent at track, great at basketball, & billiards! Jimin also, all throughout his schooling, was known as a top scholar, achieving perfect scores, especially in math & science which just always came easy to him! Jimin was even class president for 9 yrs in a row! Jimin, all throughout his schooling, was also quite good in art class, as well as calligraphy. Jimin, then also took up contemporary dance. The media, after seeing a performance of Jimin's performing at a huge Busan Festival Event, called Jimin "The rising star of Busan"!! JIMIN also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance while attending Busan High School of the Arts. Jimin still went to Just Dance Academy to take hip hop classes whenever he could because his first love has always been hip hop, even though he was now majoring in contemporary! JIMIN even had an offer to dance overseas, but declined because he also wanted to become a singer since the 2nd grade, to the dismay of one of his dance instructors who said "The world of dance was going to lose a great artist"!! So Jimin then went and auditioned for BigHit Entertainment, (company BTS is signed with), being the very last member to join, being a trainee for only a few months (which is unheard of for most Kpop idols), as opposed to the 2-3 yrs of being a trainee the other members had! But also I would be curious to see your reaction to other BTS members. The thing about this group is that all of the members are very talented and could easily become successful soloists. They all have different tastes in music and overall artistry, that’s why they have multiple different colours in their music.Therefore I hope you dive deeper in the group one day. Jimin started to dance when he was 14 Korean age which means 12 international age. His dad used to wait for him outside the studio because he liked to stay after to make sure he would get home ok because Jimin loved to stay after class to learn more dance. It would be fun for you to watch The introduction to Park, Jimin I think you would really enjoy it not only do they give great info on Jimin but they show him dancing from an early age.

Most of BTS's MV use real sets or sets that have been constructed, occassionally they might use some green screen it all depends on the MV. some time's they even have BTS members on wire's for safety reasons and have to edit the safety wire's out like in their Remix of Mic Drop MV and in their 'Fake Love' MV were Joonkook is runing as the floor falls away in sections. You never know quite what they'll use when making MV's. This is the craziest BTS MV though and it's so colourful and crazy.

The Idol MV is layers upon layers of f you. Oh you don’t like how we use green screens? Here, have a complete fever dream. Too western? Have some modern hanboks and traditional Korean imagery. RM got crap about using filers during his lives, so they slapped some on him. V was told he was ugly with glasses, so he wore a pair. Suga is pale and is teased for sleeping a lot (when really he just works his ass off off-camera), so the Snow White sweater. I could go on and on and on, but you get the idea.

Lol here after your Fake Love video - if your first BTS experience was Idol I can see why you were so surprised. So Fake Love came first, and at some point people were hating on green screens/CGI and BTS becoming too Western (despite Fake Love being almost entirely practical, but the following comeback track Boy With Luv used more green screen/CGI and featured an American artist) and so BTS made the Idol video to be 1000% green screen/CGI with a traditional Korean music track to flex on the haters.

Idol is kind of an anomaly, intentionally. They used to get a lot of criticism for using green screen even when they weren't. Most of their videos have practical sets and they're often very elaborate. So for this video they purposely overdid all the green screen and effects just to lean into the criticisms for fun. Would love to let us watch you react to the dance practice for Set Me Free. I'm surprised you didn't have subtitles on for set me free you should definitely go back and watch it again with subtitles. (If you had them on and I just couldn't see them, My bad.)

Just so you know most ARMY are not Kpop fans we are BTS fans. BTS were and still are dismissed and ill treated by the Kpop industry. Yes they are global A listers the biggest thing to come out of South Korea. No other kpop group/artist is anywhere near them. Every member of BTS is a Solo Artist as a group no one can touch them. Each member is a Song Writers, Composers, Producers to a greater or lesser degree. Suga has even won awards for Producing for other artist's not associated with their company. All are now full members of the South Korean Copyright association. The only kpop artists to be given share's in their kpop company label HYBE(BigHit) . They took a almost bankrupt tiny Kpop company and turned it into the biggest Kpop company now bigger that the original big 3 kpop companies. There are many behind the scene's on their MV's so you can see how they did them including Jimins Set me free. Jimin is the best dancer in kpop simply because he's trained in more that one style of dance. He started out in Hip Hop, did Contemporary and Traditional Korean at Busan School of Art as was their top student. He's been given a award by the Fan Dance association of South Korea for his Fan Dance which is normally danced by female Fan Dancers not Males. I think for 4 years in a row he's been the top Kpop Dancer. He has extremely good core strength but he's also a Martial Art's expert and will incorporate that into the dance. Oh he's also able to dance blindfolded which normally only blind people are able to do. He was doing dance battles in HipHop when he was 15years Korean age so international age would mean he was around 12-14years old.

I liked only some of their music before like idol and permission to dance. But when i watched run bts, in the soop, bon voyage and their weverse lives.. i just fell into the rabbit hole. Once you really get to know these guys, there’s just no getting out. Now i appreciate their music so much more. They are crazy talented but these boys are just genuine in whatever they do.

And the biggest kicker you did not include the text of the fair youth clause of the copyright law in your video and you chopped out the old big hit entertainment logo big hit entertainment now known as HYBE labels corporation which owns roughly 8 music labels six in South Korea one in Japan and one in the United states where they have signed to that label Justin Bieber Ariana Grande the Weekend I think the red Hot Chili Peppers several other pop and rock groups and of course the group Lady A formerly known as the country group Lady Antebellum.
