As a former pastry chef/baker, I have rolled my eyes so hard at this. MLM huns hurt my brain enough but jfc "imagine being a baker but you can wear PJs!" In order to get the home inspection for her business, she needed the landlord to approve the operation to be happening on his property. The landlord denied the request and listed some reasons including zoning laws, liability and the insurance policy he pays for… In my state we have laws to protect home cooks that want to sell products but not all states have that so this is not a copy and paste business model.

listen I work in a bakery currently at a large food chain and we technically (legally) have so many OSHA and Health Dept requirements that we (well not me but I've witnessed many of my co-workers breaking them) do not follow. and that's at a licensed and regularly inspected grocery store bakery. I'm not saying that it's impossible for a home baking business to be properly cleaned and maintained but I've worked in a lot of other food service jobs over the years and tbh the violations I've seen would astound you. personally I wouldn't be buying from a random stranger who baked in their home. it's not that I don't believe some people could make it work and do it well but there's just such a high chance of contamination I wouldn't be willing to risk it unless it was like someone I knew personally and trusted.
