THATS A NICE CCTV POWER BOX YOU HAVE THERE . YOU MIGHT CAN UTILIZE IT TO POWER SOME LOW VOLTAGE LIGHTING AROUND INSIDE YOUR HOUSE DURING A POWER OUTAGE CONNECTED TO THE COMMAND CENTRE OR THE DIY SOLAR GENERATOR . EXCELLENT PICK .

You should have a fused plug, which means that you don't need a breaker.
