As someone who has studied theology in the catholic faith and is roman catholic myself you have made some mistakes, the largest mistake is quoting scripture all the time because unlike in protestant christianity we believe the bible does not reflect the entirety of God, it also includes things such as tradition. If you want to learn basically the entirety of catholic theology you can read the catechism. Also sex is allowed as long as both parties agree it is through love and not lust
